Recipe Thursday - Grilled Shiitake Mushrooms with Chile and Thyme

Though summer may finally be coming to a close, it's not quite time to put that grill away just yet. The next time you're flipping some burgers or BBQing some ribs, why not make room for this delicious Shiitake mushroom dish from Saveur that can be served as an appetizer or a side?

Try pairing this with a summer-friendly red. The Montaribaldi Barbera "La Consolina" is the perfect match. With its fresh red fruit notes and earthy undertones, this wine is ideal with mushrooms (and pretty much anything else you'll be grilling up as well).
