Recipe Thursday: Spicy Thai and Riesling

With its ability to pair with a myriad of cuisines, there’s no greater chameleon with food than Riesling. In particular, its balance of acidity, minerality and fruit makes it an especially good match for spicy foods.

This week we’re pairing a deliciously seasoned Thai Seafood Curry from Show Me The Yummy with Max Ferd. Richter’s Kabinett Riesling Wehlener Sonnenuhr. Each sip of wine cleanses the palate for the next delightful bite – it’s an exhilarating match with the spicy curry.
