Recipe Thursday: A Pairing for Wedding Season

Wedding season is upon us, and that means wine will surely be flowing amongst heart-felt celebratory toasts. Of course, a glass of Champagne is a great way to kick off any joyful event, but when it’s time to share a meal, and guests are teetering between sticking with white or switching to red, a refreshing glass of rosé will fit the bill perfectly.

The Paul Thomas Chavignol Rosé is a versatile, food-friendly option that will pair wonderfully with elegantly passed Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Crostini appetizers. This rosé combines bright acidity with a hint of richness, mirroring the tart creaminess of the goat cheese. Cheers!
